Button badges are assembled from three parts; a metal shell, a plastic or metal pin-back, and a clear plastic cover. Your artwork printed on normal copy paper goes between the shell and the cover. Prices are for a full set of parts to make badges and you can find these by clicking on the Prices/Notes button.
On 25mm badges the plastic pinback takes much less time for assembly than the metal back and pin. it means making a badge takes about half the time.

25mm badges are available in magnets and pin badges only.

We can send you a sample pack of 5 of each of all the 57mm types for $40.

We also manufacture and stock national flag badges, both as cloth embroidered patches and metal pins.
